First off, I've been researching towels for months now. Store bought towels get beat to crap at my house. Kids, pets, multiple washing rendered my towels horrible. I found there site, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered Forte and Belem and let me tell you those Forte towels are Amazing. I called them and spoke to Natasha and I told her exactly what I wanted.... 60 in bath towel perfect size, a reasonabley priced towel with a soft dense fluffy absorbent luxury feel and all cotton. That woman was on point and I had a wonderful customer service experience. Tthese towel are white and they are every thing I asked for. Paul reached out to me to finalize my order, an absolute gentleman. If you have a rental property thhese are beautiful. I will be a repeat customer and I thank you... ~ Michele L

John Fernandes has been a GREAT help to us. We were in the process of outfitting a condo for Airbnb and were overwhelmed trying to narrow down sheet options. He quickly offered to send samples, and I mean, they shipped full Queen sheets, pillowcases, samples of their bath items, a full catalog, etc. That was awesome! We settled on the Forte line, and within days had the order through and received our Queen sheets and pillowcases. Unfortunately, due to global supply issues, the King sheets we needed were unavailable for another month or so. But John was kind enough to send us two king sheets from another line, Icon, to get us by until the Fortes were available, so that we could get our Airbnb up and running right away. He's been nothing but polite, super helpful, and quick to respond. The quality of these sheets, the price, and the customer service are unbeatable.
